- Products marked “Sold by TrustifySpace” are sold and supported by us; marketplace products by their seller; affiliate products by their vendor.
- Paid plans never renew by themselves without telling you, and you keep the consumer rights your country gives you.
- Be honest and respectful: no fake reviews, fraud, spam, illegal or infringing content.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and TrustifySpace (“TrustifySpace”, “we”, “us”) for the use of our website, apps, marketplace and services. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are and what we offer
TrustifySpace is an e-commerce and digital-products platform. We offer: (a) products we sell ourselves, marked “Sold by TrustifySpace”; (b) a marketplace where independent sellers sell their own products; (c) honest listings of products sold by other vendors through affiliate links; and (d) memberships, content, tools and an AI assistant.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 (18 to sell) and give accurate information.
- Keep your password and devices secure and tell us at once if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, with a reason where the law requires.
3. Buying
Products sold by us
Prices, descriptions, delivery times and refund terms are shown on each product and at checkout. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. Digital products are delivered by download, link or licence key; physical products are shipped to the address you give — including, for some items, directly from our suppliers. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Marketplace products
The seller is responsible for the product, its description, shipping and returns. TrustifySpace processes the payment, offers Buyer Protection and decides disputes the parties cannot settle.
Affiliate products
Pressing “Get Access” takes you to the vendor’s own checkout. That purchase, its licence, delivery and refund are governed by the vendor’s terms. We show the vendor’s refund wording as we found it and will help you if a vendor does not honour it.
Prices and errors
We work hard to keep prices and stock accurate. If a clear error is found, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund. A crossed-out “was” price is always a price the product was really offered at.
4. Payments, plans and wallet
- Payments are processed by the providers shown at checkout; we never see your full card number.
- Membership plans are billed for the period shown. They do not renew silently: you choose to renew, switch or stop at any time.
- Wallet balances (cashback, rewards, refunds) can be used on the site or withdrawn as offered. Rewards may be reversed if the related purchase is refunded, and we may hold withdrawals we reasonably believe are fraudulent.
- Taxes are added where the law requires and shown before you pay.
5. Refunds and returns
See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
6. Selling on TrustifySpace
Sellers must accept the Seller Agreement and follow the Prohibited Items list.
7. Reviews and content you post
- Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience; incentivised or connected reviews must say so. See our Review Policy.
- You keep ownership of what you post and give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show it on and promote the site.
- Do not post anything unlawful, infringing, misleading, hateful, harassing or private about others.
8. Acceptable use
Do not: break the law; infringe others’ rights; attempt to hack, overload, scrape or test the security of the site without our written permission; create fake accounts, orders, reviews or referrals; or use the site to send spam or malware.
9. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, graphics, logos and software belong to TrustifySpace or its licensors. Product names and logos belong to their owners. To report infringement see our Intellectual Property Policy.
10. AI assistant
Our AI assistant gives general help and can make mistakes. Check important information — prices, refund terms, compatibility — on the product page before you decide.
11. Disclaimers
We describe products honestly, including their limitations, but results vary from person to person. Nothing on the site is a promise of income, health or any particular outcome. To the extent the law allows, the site is provided “as is”.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service concerned in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Changes and ending
We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell members about important changes. You may stop using the site and close your account at any time.
14. Law and disputes
Please contact us first — most problems are solved quickly. These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where TrustifySpace is operated, without taking away any mandatory protection the consumer laws of your country give you, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live where those laws allow it.
