This agreement is between you (the seller) and TrustifySpace (the marketplace). By opening a shop you accept it.
1. Who can sell
Individuals and businesses from any country except places under comprehensive sanctions. You must be at least 18, give true information, and complete the verification we ask for (legal name and address, an ID check and a tax form — W-9 for US persons, W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E for others). We may ask again once a year (US INFORM Consumers Act).
2. Listings
Describe products truthfully: real photos, condition, limitations, the price you really charge and any real earlier price. No counterfeit, stolen, illegal, dangerous or adult items — see the Prohibited Items list. We may review, refuse or remove any listing and pause any shop that breaks these rules.
3. Orders and shipping
Ship within the time shown on your listing (and within the marketplace limit), with tracking, and keep the order’s status up to date. Answer buyers’ messages within the response time shown. Keep all communication and payment on the site: payments made outside it are not protected and may close your shop.
4. Returns, refunds and disputes
Honour your return window and our Buyer Protection. If a buyer and seller cannot agree, we decide; our decision may include a full or partial refund charged to your balance.
5. Money
Buyers pay the marketplace. We keep the commission shown in your Seller centre and hold your share until the order is delivered plus the hold period, then you can withdraw it. Cash-on-delivery orders are paid to you by the buyer; the commission is charged to your balance. Refunds and chargebacks are taken back from your balance, which may go below zero until covered.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for your own income taxes. Where the law makes the marketplace collect sales tax or VAT, we collect it on your sales. We may report your sales to tax authorities where required (for example IRS Form 1099-K in the US, DAC7 in the EU).
7. Ending
You can close your shop at any time after open orders are finished. We can pause or close a shop that breaks this agreement, with a reason.
