Counted automatically as decisions are made. Updated November 3, 2026.
How decisions are made
- New sellers verify who they are (legal name and address, an ID check and a tax form) before they can sell or be paid; sellers confirm their details once a year.
- Listings that mention prohibited items wait for a person to check them. Sponsored listings are always labelled “Sponsored”, affiliate listings “Affiliate”.
- Every removal or refusal comes with a statement of reasons sent to the seller, who can reply and appeal from their Seller centre or by email.
- Disputes between buyers and sellers are decided by a person from the messages, photos and tracking, usually within 3 working days.
