- We collect what we need to run the shop, deliver orders, keep accounts safe and answer you — nothing more.
- We never sell your personal information. Advertising and analytics tags run only if you allow them.
- Card details are typed on the payment provider’s own secure page and never reach us.
- You can see, download, correct or delete your data at any time from My account, or by email.
This Privacy Policy explains how TrustifySpace (“TrustifySpace”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit trustifyspace.com, create an account, buy something, sell on our marketplace or contact us. We wrote it to describe what the site actually does.
1. Who is responsible for your data
TrustifySpace is the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us about anything in this policy at [email protected].
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account: name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), profile photo and the preferences you choose.
- Orders: what you buy, delivery name, address and phone number for physical items, order messages, returns and reviews.
- Sellers: shop details, legal name and address, identity and tax documents we must verify (for example W-9 / W-8 forms), and payout details.
- Messages: what you send to support, to sellers or to other members, and your sign-ups (newsletter, price alerts, landing-page forms).
Information collected automatically
- Page views and clicks: the page, time, device type, browser, the site you came from and your approximate location (country and city, provided by our security service) — used to understand what helps people and to protect the site. These records are deleted automatically after a limited period (normally 30–90 days).
- Security data: IP address, failed sign-in attempts and signals of automated abuse, kept short-term to block attacks.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see our Cookie Policy.
Information from others
- Payment providers confirm whether a payment succeeded (never your full card number).
- Carriers send delivery updates for tracked parcels; affiliate networks report when a purchase made through our link is completed or refunded (no card data).
- If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email and photo with your permission.
3. How we use your information
- To run your account and sign you in securely (including two-step verification and passkeys).
- To take payments, deliver orders and downloads, provide tracking, handle returns, refunds, disputes and Buyer Protection.
- To pay sellers, verify them, meet tax-reporting duties and screen against sanctions lists, as the law requires of marketplaces.
- To answer messages and give support.
- To send the emails you ask for (receipts, alerts, newsletters). Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- To keep the site safe: detect fraud, spam and attacks.
- To improve the site with aggregated statistics.
Where privacy laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on: performing our contract with you; our legitimate interests in running and securing the site (balanced against your rights); legal obligations; and your consent for optional cookies and marketing — which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent it out. We share it only with:
- Sellers — the name, delivery address and phone needed to ship your order.
- Suppliers and fulfilment partners — for items shipped directly from a supplier, the name, delivery address and phone needed to deliver them, and nothing else.
- Service providers who help us run the site under contract: hosting, content delivery and security (for example Cloudflare), email delivery, payment providers (for example Stripe, PayPal, SSLCommerz, bKash and the others shown at checkout), shipping-label and tracking services, and — only when you use them — the AI provider behind our assistant and Google Translate.
- Authorities — when the law requires it, to protect our users or rights, or to prevent fraud.
- A buyer of the business — if TrustifySpace or Al Zabir Group reorganises or is sold, under this same policy.
5. The AI assistant and translation
When you use the site’s AI assistant, your question and the relevant page information are sent to the AI provider to produce an answer. We do not store your conversations, and you should not type passwords, card numbers or other sensitive information into it. When you choose another language, page text is translated by Google.
6. Affiliate links
Some product links take you to the vendor’s own website. Once you are there, the vendor’s privacy policy and cookies apply; we do not control them. We only receive confirmation of a completed or refunded sale for commission purposes.
7. How long we keep information
- Account information: while your account is open, then deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires us to keep part of it.
- Orders, invoices and payout records: as long as tax and accounting laws require (often 5–10 years).
- Visit and security logs: short periods, deleted automatically.
- Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or US state laws such as California’s CCPA/CPRA), you can ask to access, correct, download or delete your information, object to or restrict some uses, and withdraw consent. Signed-in members can download or delete their data from My account; anyone can email [email protected]. We answer within the time the law sets (usually 30–45 days) and never treat you differently for using your rights. You can opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” on our Your Privacy Choices page; we also honour the Global Privacy Control signal. You may complain to your local data-protection authority.
9. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted storage for keys and secrets, strict access controls (only authorised people, each with the least access they need), two-step verification for staff, a web application firewall and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will tell you and the authorities about a breach where the law requires.
10. International transfers
We serve customers worldwide and our providers may process information in other countries, including the United States and Bangladesh. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
11. Children
The site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top. For important changes we will tell members by email or on the site.
