TrustifySpace respects the rights of creators and brands, and expects its sellers to do the same. This page explains how to report a listing that infringes your copyright or trademark, and what happens next.
Report an infringement
Send a notice from our copyright form or by email to [email protected] with:
- Your name, address, phone and email, and who you act for.
- The work or trademark you own, and where it is registered or published.
- The exact address (URL) of each listing or page on TrustifySpace you believe infringes it.
- This statement: “I have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.”
- This statement: “The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury I am the owner or authorised to act for the owner.”
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we do
- We review every complete notice, usually within 2 working days, and remove or disable the listing when it is valid.
- The seller receives a statement of reasons: what was removed, why, and how to answer.
- Sellers can send a counter-notice if they believe the removal was a mistake. If it is complete and the rights owner does not start legal action within 10–14 working days, the listing may be restored.
Repeat infringers
A seller who receives repeated valid notices loses the right to sell: their shop is paused and, in serious or repeated cases, closed.
Brands
Brand owners can ask us to check listings that use their name. Selling counterfeit or “replica” goods is never allowed — see our Prohibited Items.
Misuse
Knowingly false notices may make the sender liable for damages. We may decline notices sent to harass sellers.
