Reviews on TrustifySpace are written by signed-up members. This page explains how we collect, label and moderate them, so you can trust what you read.
Who can review
- Any member can review a product once; more thoughts go in the replies under their review.
- “Verified buyer” means we matched the reviewer to a real purchase. “Says they bought it” means the reviewer told us so.
- Reviewers who got the product free, were paid, or have a connection to the seller must say so; their review shows a “Free product / connected” label.
- Reviews by our owner or team are labelled “Staff review” and never count towards a product’s star rating.
What we never do
- We never write fake reviews, buy reviews, or offer anything in exchange for a positive review.
- We never hide, delay or remove a review because it is negative. Low and high ratings go through exactly the same checks.
- We never change what a reviewer wrote or the stars they gave.
What we remove
Only reviews that break these rules, whatever their rating: spam or adverts, content that is not about the product, personal information, hate, harassment, threats, sexual content, illegal content, or reviews we can show are fake. If we remove a review we tell the reviewer why.
Ratings
A product’s stars are the average of approved, independent member reviews. Products with no reviews show no stars. Our own “verdict” score on a listing is our editorial opinion and is shown separately from buyer reviews. Affiliate commissions never change a rating or an order of results.
