I want a refund on something I bought
Refunds are handled by the vendor, not by us — we never take your payment. Start with the refund wording quoted on that product’s page, then contact the vendor. If they will not honour it, tell us and we will chase it with you.
A link is broken or a price is wrong
Send us the product name. Vendors change offers without warning; we fix the listing and note the date we re-checked it.
I am a vendor and want to be listed
Send the product and your affiliate programme details. We buy and test before we list, we cannot promise a positive review, and no payment changes a ranking.
I want to see how my product is performing
If we list your product we can give you a read-only reach report — views, clicks and traffic sources for your listing. Ask us and we will set up your access.
